We loved grabbing our ice cream and strolling through the neighborhood while taking in the historic buildings and lively streets. If you’re already exploring Gastown, Soft Peaks makes the perfect stop for a refreshing treat before continuing your adventure.

Soft Peaks was a spot I originally found on TikTok after seeing their Biscoff Cookies & Cream ice cream, and as someone who is obsessed with Biscoff, I knew I had to try it. The ice cream did not disappoint. It was creamy, flavorful, and the perfect sweet treat while exploring Gastown.
The shop itself was nice, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick, which made it an easy stop during a busy day of walking around Vancouver. Since Soft Peaks is located in Gastown, parking can be limited, so I recommend parking in a nearby garage, biking, or using Uber to get dropped off close by.
Overall, Soft Peaks is definitely worth a stop, especially if you love soft serve or unique seasonal flavors.
