This bakery has seven to eight locations throughout Vancouver, making it easy to visit no matter where you’re staying. During our trip, we stopped at the downtown Vancouver location because it was the most convenient for us while exploring the city.

Its central location makes it a great place to grab breakfast, lunch, coffee, or a sweet treat while sightseeing. If you’re staying in another part of Vancouver, chances are there’s another location nearby, making it an easy stop wherever your adventures take you.

Atmosphere

The bakery location we visited in downtown Vancouver was spacious, bright, and welcoming. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it a great place to enjoy a meal or simply relax with a coffee and dessert.

Ordering was quick and easy—you simply walk up to the counter, place your order, and your food is prepared in no time. The service was fast and efficient, making it a convenient stop whether you’re in a hurry or looking to take a break from exploring the city. They also offer online ordering if you’d prefer to grab your food to go.

One of my favorite things about this bakery is how easy it is to stop in, grab a refreshing drink and a pastry or sandwich, and continue exploring downtown Vancouver. It’s the perfect place to pick up lunch, coffee, or a sweet treat to enjoy while strolling through the city.

Food For Thought

Since opening in 2006, this bakery has become one of Vancouver's most beloved spots for fresh baked goods, sandwiches, coffee, and desserts. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and high-quality ingredients, it has earned a loyal following among both locals and visitors. In addition to serving customers in-store, the bakery also offers online ordering for added convenience and catering services for meetings, parties, and special events. Whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee, picking up lunch, or ordering for a larger gathering, it's easy to see why this bakery has remained a Vancouver favorite for years.

The Menu

In addition to its delicious desserts and drinks, the bakery also offers a variety of savory options for breakfast and lunch. Sandwiches include favorites like a Grilled Cheese ($4.75), a classic Reuben Sandwich ($12), and a Breakfast Croissant ($7.25), making it an easy stop whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a more filling meal.

The menu features espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and Americanos, along with iced coffee beverages for those looking for a refreshing caffeine boost. If you’re craving something sweet, there are plenty of baked treats to choose from. The bakery offers a rotating selection of donuts, including flavors like Chocolate Sprinkle, London Fog, and Salted Pecan Maple, with most priced around $2.75 each. They also have freshly baked cookies, such as Chocolate Chip and Lemon Shortbread, for about $1.50 each.

For those wanting to take something home, the bakery also sells fresh artisan breads, including favorites like Old Country Bread and Caraway Bread. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, dessert, or just a cup of coffee, there’s something on the menu for everyone.

The Food

We ordered individual slices of three different cakes so we could sample a variety of flavors. We shared the Kahlua Chocolate Mousse Buzzed Cake ($6.50 per slice), the New York Cheesecake ($6 per slice), and the Ultimate Chocolate Ganache Cake ($6 per slice). Each dessert had its own unique flavor, but they were all incredibly rich and satisfying. Whether you’re a chocolate lover or prefer a classic cheesecake, there’s something on the menu to satisfy your sweet tooth.

To drink, my mom ordered a Large White Peach Iced Tea ($3), which was refreshing and paired well with the desserts. I chose the Large Lavender Lemonade ($4.75), and it was one of my favorite drinks of the trip. It had the perfect balance of floral lavender and tart lemonade, making it incredibly refreshing. My brother went with the Berrylicious Smoothie ($6.75), which was fruity, fresh, and a great option if you’re looking for something a little more filling.
